This article is about the oil spill in Alaska. Kent Garber, the writer of this article, wrote that after the oil spill in Valdez. congress quickly passed tougher safety laws, and for the oil companies to invent new technologies for this to not happen again. Ever since then, there has been difficulty with the economy, environment, and security related. Through the years, an Energy Department found new technologies to help the delivering of the oil and gas safely to its destination. There were still some problems, however, it takes little steps for the people to find out what is best and safest way to deliver oil.
