Consuming ALL!!!

This post will be different from the rest. Below this wave of writing, there is a bar graph of how much electricity is consumed in the U.S. at the end of 2001. I know that it is outdated, but it has good information. This graph was retrieved from Energy Information Administrative. As you can see in the graph, kitchen appliances were the most consumed. It reached a 26.7% share of total, the share of total electricity consumed in the U. S. As for other equipment, only 2.5% was consumed. Around in the middle were water heating, lighting, and space heating. They were, 9.1%, 8.8%, and 10.1% that were consumed. About 16.0% were consumed for air conditioning. 7.7% were consumed for other end uses, not specifically listed. Then the rest was from 7.2% on home electronics, 6.7% on laundry appliances, and 5.0% on HVAC appliances, furnace fan, ceiling fan, etc.

I guess this was true back in 2001. Now, I think that the percentage for home electronics will rise due to new technology that was invented at the end if 2001 up until 2010.
