I like watching the Dog Whisper show. Every time when I come home from my 8 a.m. class, I turn on the T.V and watch Cesar Millan training the human and their dogs. Now some of you are wondering what in the world does dogs have to do with energy? Down on below the other posts, I posted a blog about Chakras. When we feel uneasy, that means our chakras are spinning out of turn. What triggers a dog to react and misbehave is how we project our feelings out. Watching the show, I learned that the human, has to be in a calm and assertive state of mind, and that is to keep your dog in a balance state of mind. When you are feeling anxious, you project the same feeling to the dog, and the dog acts it out. It's not because of the type of breed, it is because of the human. Cesar Millan does a good job keeping things in order. By that I mean making the human become the pack leader the dominant one. Not only does he train the dogs and the humans, but he builds confident in them. It makes the world a better place to know that dogs are a human's best friend. If you have a dog, remember what Cesar's philosophy, "exercise, discipline, and then affection."
